How long will it take for my items to arrive?

→ It will usually take 3-8 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Where do you ship from?

→ We ship from our manufacturing factory or warehouse located in Gujrat So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Is shipping FREE?

→ Shipping is free across India on orders above Rs 599, which you will receive in 3 to 8 days. 

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

→ It will take usually between 1-2 business days.

Can I get my product personalized?

→ It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

→ Yes, all customers will receive confirmation after placing their orders (NOTE: Please contact us if you don't receive one within 12 hours)

How can I pay?

→ We accept all Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, etc. We also do cash on delivery for maximum locations.

 

Refund or Return or Replacement Policy

Do you provide refund or return or replacement in case i face any issue with the product?

→ Yes, we have a 5 day return and replacement policy, which gives 100% justice to the customer.

How to cancel my order?

→ In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours at  email us your order number at help.primewellness@gmail.com (NOTE:  Contact us within 12 hours if you wish to cancel your order)
