IS SHIPPING FREE?
Shipping is free all over India for selected products. For some products, you have to pay for shipping. For international addresses, we do charge shipping amounts depending upon product type and its weight.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many warehouses located in India and we will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 3-8 days for your order to arrive.
International shipping can take an estimated 4-6 weeks due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.
We are trying to ship and deliver our orders as soon as possible. But due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery time depends on the respective country's restrictions and lockdown rules. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
YES, you will receive the AWB number (within 1 - 2 days) once you place an order. You can track your order on our Tracking Page with the help of an AWB number. If still, you face an issue in tracking your orders the contact us at help.primewellness@gmail.com
WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the different warehouses, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a backorder, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at any place, sent back, or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! In cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
WHAT IF CUSTOMER DENIED TO ACCEPT THE ORDER?
As per the policies of Prime Wellness customer cannot deny to accept the order at the time of delivery. Before shipping any order, the representative from Prime Wellness contact each customer to confirm the order and their address details. If customer confirms the order on call and then refused to accept it at the time delivery, then Prime Wellness India can take strict legal action against the buyer.
The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before confirming the order, not after. After an order is confirmed, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
